About the Role: Are you a reliable commercial cleaner who loves variety but wants a stable, predictable paycheck? We are hiring a Mobile Cleaning Specialist to support our growing commercial cleaning operations across Metro Detroit. You will be our elite "go-to" team member—covering open shifts, handling special projects, and ensuring our client facilities look immaculate.

The Perks (Why This Job Rules):
🚗 Company Vehicle Provided: No wear and tear on your personal car. We provide a company vehicle and cover all gas costs during your shifts.
💰 Guaranteed Hours: We guarantee you a minimum of 32 hours per week on your paycheck, even if things are quiet.
⏱️ Fully Paid Drive Time: You are on the clock and getting paid the entire time you are driving between our facility locations.

What Your Schedule Looks Like:

Monday through Friday: Regular shift coverage and specialty cleaning starting promptly at 6:00 PM.Saturday: Off.Sunday: Mandatory On-Call. You must be available to respond to emergency call-offs or cleaning requests across the Metro Detroit area.

You Will Do:

Travel to various commercial properties across Metro Detroit using a company vehicle.
Step in to cover shifts, handle deep-cleaning projects, or assist local supervisors.
Perform standard commercial cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, organized, and professional condition.

Requirements (Must Have):

Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean Michigan driving record to be approved by our company auto insurance.
Open & Flexible Availability: Absolute availability for the 6:00 PM weekday starts and the mandatory Sunday on-call window.
Janitorial Experience: At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred.
Reliability: A strict track record of showing up on time and working independently.

$16 per hour to start based on experience.

RoMaCo pay structure is as follows: Semi-Monthly Pay days are the 6th and the 21st of every month. You will be set up for automatic payroll deposit into your bank account.
